Beginners'
People who are fresh to yoga, interested in learning yoga, need not have any prior experience. In this course you will be introduced to basic Yogasana, Pranayama and basic Dhyana.
This is a Four week course. First two weeks will be alternative days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), next two weeks Everyday except Sunday.
Attendance is mandatory for every class as this course provides the basis for learning the basic techniques required for practicing yoga.
